When purchasing products in the online store www.premiumskin.lv, you can receive your orders in OMNIVA parcels or in our warehouse in Ādaži, Pirmā iela 38A. Available parcel points can be found on the OMNIVA website.
!! When the outside temperature is above +25 °C or below +15 °C, we recommend removing the products from the packages IMMEDIATELY so that the products are not damaged!
www.premiumskin.lv orders are processed on working days. The order will be shipped within 1-3 working days. P urchases are usually processed within 3-5 business days of dispatch, but delivery delays are possible due to reasons beyond our control. Return
Terms of return and cancellation of goods:
You have the right to refuse the purchased goods within 14 days after receiving the order. Only goods that have not been used and their outer packaging is not damaged can be returned.
Return of e-store goods:
In our warehouse - Pirmā iela 38A, Ādaži.
SIA ARVE will refund the money to the payer's account within 30 calendar days of receiving the returned goods.
